This 53 yr old lady presented with mid and lower face sagging and an overall tired and sad appearance. The second photo from the left was taken after a total of 4ml hyaluronic acid cheek filler (2mls in either side) . There is evident improvement in the cheek volume, and an indirect lifting effect on the nasolabial folds and the jowls. In the third photo, a further 4ml of filler was injected into the chin and jawline, making the double chin disappear. The jawline also appears sharper and more well-defined and the jowls are smoother. In the final photo on the right, a further 9 ml was injected into her tear troughs, nasolabial folds, lips, cheeks and jawline.
The overall result is a lifted, rejuvenated and well-rested appearance which looks natural.
